This unique 90 minute session combines muscle-building, land-based circuit training SUP or Stand Up Paddleboarding, a fun, fast-growing sport that also happens to offer one of the best core workouts around.
Sessions begin with a warm-up including a light jog/walk to the river, and then you’ll literally walk on water with 30 minutes of SUP with SUP expert.
Basically, it’s standing on a large longboard and propelling yourself forward with a paddle. Talk about improving balance and coordination! Afterwards, it’s on to a heart pumping outdoor bootcamp style circuit guaranteed , to get you in tip top shape, and then back to the gym we go for a restorative cooldown. How gnarly is that?
