My life has been pretty AWESOME! I was featured in Essence Magazine, Stuart Magazine and Venture Magazine and was voted BEST ONE-ON-ONE trainer by Stuart magazine. I launched a fun routine called HIGH HEEL WORKOUT that captured TV attention allover the US and even Australia! I love what I do!

These day’s I spend a great deal of my time making sure that my clients have no excuse for not being able to meet their fitness goals. You know and I know that it’s quite the challenge! Hooking up with Dr. Mary Wendt, creator of the Get Waisted online community support group, wellness coaching and wonderful recipes is one of the best services I’ve been fortunate enough to offer you. Dr. Wendt shares her personal experience of being diagnosed with the early stages of diabetis even though she “ate healthy”. The changes she learned to make in her diet literally saved her life.
